the support reference if the site showed you one with an error.

Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in link. Check your spam folder. Links expire after 15 minutes and work once, so request a new one from the sign-in page. If you have a Google account with the same email address, you can choose Continue with Google instead.

Someone bought right after me. Can I get a refund? No. #1 lasts until the next accepted purchase, which can happen at any time. This is explained before every payment. See the Refund Policy.

My payment says "Refund in progress". Your payment was taken but the ranking couldn't be delivered, so it is being refunded in full automatically. You don't need to do anything.

It said the price changed and I wasn't charged. Another owner completed that step first. You can accept the new price or cancel. You were not charged for the earlier price.

My pet listing is pending. New listings and edits are reviewed before they go live. The previous approved version stays public while an edit is reviewed.

How do I delete my account? Go to your account page and choose Request account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep for legal reasons.

Use Report on any pet page for stolen photos, impersonation, harmful content or broken links.
